Your Role as a KS2 Teacher
- Plan and deliver engaging, creative, and interactive lessons tailored to KS2 pupils.
- Create a stimulating and supportive classroom environment that fosters children's curiosity and love for learning.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support and feedback to enhance their development.
- Encourage children to develop social, emotional, and cognitive skills through a variety of learning activities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure every child reaches their potential.
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and school-wide initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2.
- A strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and effective assessment strategies.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- A passion for inclusive education and fostering a love of learning in young children.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
