About the Role:
- Full-time Psychology Teacher position
- Teach Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students
- Immediate start available
- Competitive salary on MPS/UPS scale

Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality Psychology lessons to KS4 and KS5 students
- Develop and refine the Psychology curriculum to ensure it meets the needs of all learners
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning
- Encourage and inspire students to explore Psychology beyond the curriculum
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of teachers to share best practices and strategies
- Support students’ academic and personal development, preparing them for exams and future study
About You:
- Degree in Psychology or a related field
- QTS or PGCE (ECTs are encouraged to apply)
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Psychology
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience teaching Psychology to KS4 and KS5 students is desirable
