About the Science Department:
The Science Department at the school is made up of a talented and supportive team of Science Teachers. As a Science Teacher, you will be joining a department that consistently achieves excellent results, and the school is looking for a dedicated individual to contribute to the continued success of the Science Teacher team. The Science Teacher team places a strong emphasis on collaboration and professional development.
Responsibilities:
• Teach Science across KS3/4 with the option to teach KS5
• Develop curriculum plans for Science education
• Assess students' work and provide constructive feedback in Science
• Take on form tutor duties and provide pastoral support
Qualifications and Experience:
• Degree in Science
• PGCE or QTS
• Experience teaching Science at KS3/4
• ECTs are welcome to apply
