This full-time, permanent role offers an opportunity to lead the Year 1 cohort with a TLR responsibility, enabling you to take on additional leadership duties and contribute to the development of the school’s educational vision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an exciting and engaging curriculum for Year 1 pupils, focusing on early literacy and numeracy.
- Take on additional responsibilities within the Year 1 team.
- Support the personal and social development of pupils as they transition from Reception.
- Work closely with colleagues and parents to ensure pupil success.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Experience teaching Year 1.
- Leadership experience or a strong interest in developing leadership skills.
- Passion for early years education and the development of young learners.
