A welcoming primary school in Ealing is seeking a Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team immediately and provide invaluable support to students.

Your Role as a Graduate Learning Support Assistant:
🔹 Support students 1:1 or in small groups, helping them with literacy, numeracy, and confidence-building.
🔹 Assist teachers in delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
🔹 Provide tailored support for students with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs.
🔹 Help maintain a positive and structured classroom environment.
🔹 Support children’s social and emotional development through encouragement and patience.
🔹 Work alongside teachers, SENCOs, and parents to create the best learning outcomes for students.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A recent graduate (degree in Psychology, Education, or related field is desirable).
✅ A passion for working with children and supporting their development.
✅ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
✅ A patient, proactive, and compassionate approach to learning support.
✅ Some experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is beneficial but not essential.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
