Are you a recent graduate passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Do you want to gain hands-on experience in an inclusive and welcoming primary school? A friendly and nurturing primary school in Kensington is seeking a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team and make a meaningful impact on young learners.

Your Role as a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant:
πΉ Support students with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties.
πΉ Work 1:1 and in small groups to help students develop confidence and independence.
πΉ Assist teachers in delivering engaging and differentiated lessons.
πΉ Use creative strategies to support students' learning and emotional development.
πΉ Help maintain a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment.
Who Weβre Looking For:
β
A recent graduate (degree in Psychology, Education, SEN, or a related field preferred).
β
A genuine passion for working with children with additional needs.
β
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
β
A patient, compassionate, and proactive approach to education.
β
Some experience working with children (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable.
β
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
