Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
🔹 Provide one-on-one and small group support to help children with their learning.
🔹 Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging and interactive lessons.
🔹 Support students with SEN, EAL, or additional learning needs, ensuring they thrive in class.
🔹 Help create a positive and structured classroom environment where every child feels safe and valued.
🔹 Encourage children’s social, emotional, and academic development through patience and support.
🔹 Supervise activities, provide classroom assistance, and help with school events.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A passionate and proactive individual who loves working with children.
✅ Some experience in education, tutoring, mentoring, or childcare (desirable but not essential).
✅ A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
✅ Enthusiastic and patient, with a nurturing approach to supporting young learners.
✅ An interest in SEN, early years education, or primary teaching.
✅ Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
