Your Role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant:
πΉ Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects.
πΉ Work with small groups and individual students to provide targeted academic support.
πΉ Assist with lesson planning, classroom activities, and exam preparation.
πΉ Support students with SEN and additional learning needs, helping them develop confidence and skills.

Who Weβre Looking For:

A recent graduate (degree in English, Maths, Science, Humanities, or a related field preferred).
β
A passion for education and supporting young people.
β
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

A patient, proactive, and enthusiastic approach to learning and development.
β
Some experience working with students (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, volunteering) is desirable.
β
An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
