We are seeking a Psychology Teacher to join our school in Worcester, delivering engaging and thought-provoking lessons to KS4 and KS5 students. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young minds, develop critical thinking skills, and help students explore the complexities of psychology in real-world contexts.
What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Teaching engaging and interactive Psychology lessons to GCSE and A-Level students.
✅ Encouraging students to explore psychological theories, case studies, and research methods.
✅ Preparing students for exams and coursework, ensuring they achieve their full academic potential.
✅ Developing students' analytical, evaluative, and critical thinking skills.
✅ Supporting students with aspirations in psychology, mental health, and related fields.
✅ Collaborating with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and teaching strategies.
✅ Leading or contributing to extracurricular activities, such as psychology clubs or research projects.
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Qualified Psychology Teacher (QTS or equivalent) with experience in KS4 and KS5.
🔹 A passion for psychology and the ability to make complex concepts engaging.
🔹 Strong communication skills and an ability to inspire curiosity and independent thinking.
🔹 A commitment to student success and academic excellence.
🔹 Experience with extracurricular psychology initiatives is a plus.
