About the Role:
- Teach Health and Social Care across Key Stages 4 and 5, potentially Key Stage 3.
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons.
- Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including case studies, role-play, and guest speakers.
- Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback.
- Contribute to the department's curriculum development and resource creation.
- Foster a passion for Health and Social Care in students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Participate in professional development opportunities.
Ideal Candidate:
- Holds QTS or equivalent.
- Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Health and Social Care.
- Demonstrates a passion for teaching Health and Social Care.
- Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
- Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
