About the position
Are you a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school? We are seeking a Level 2 or Level 3 qualified EYFS Practitioner to join a fantastic school in Hammersmith.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic about early childhood education and committed to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children.
The Role
- Supporting the teaching and development of children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Assisting with lesson planning, activities, and play-based learning to promote early development
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where children can thrive
- Observing and assessing children's progress in line with the EYFS framework
- Working collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and parents to support each child's learning journey
What We Are Looking For
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (essential)
- Previous experience working in an EYFS setting (school or nursery)
- A warm, caring, and child-centered approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding and EYFS guidelines
