Your Role as a Science Teacher:

🔹 Plan and Deliver Engaging Science Lessons – Tailor lessons to meet the needs of diverse learners, fostering an interest in the sciences.
🔹 Promote a Growth Mindset – Encourage students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills through practical and theoretical learning.
🔹 Collaborate with the Science Department – Work with colleagues to plan cohesive and inspiring lessons, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to succeed.
🔹 Support Student Progress – Monitor and assess student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention to support academic achievement.
🔹 Foster a Positive Learning Environment – Create an inclusive, supportive classroom atmosphere where all students can thrive.
🔹 Contribute to Extra-Curricular Activities – Lead or assist with extracurricular science clubs or events to further inspire students' curiosity.

Who We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Science at secondary level.
Strong Knowledge of Science – Able to teach across key stages in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
A Passion for Inspiring Young Minds – A genuine enthusiasm for science and teaching.
Creative and Adaptable – Ability to tailor lessons to diverse learning needs and foster a love for the subject.
Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills – A collaborative attitude and willingness to contribute to the school community.
An Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
