π Your Responsibilities
βοΈ Plan and deliver individualised lessons that support the needs of students with SEND.
βοΈ Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment where all children feel valued.
βοΈ Work closely with SEND specialists, support staff, and external agencies to ensure the best provision for students.
βοΈ Use EHCPs and personalised learning plans to monitor and assess student progress.
βοΈ Implement differentiated teaching strategies to meet a range of learning needs.
βοΈ Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular progress updates.
βοΈ Participate in school meetings, CPD opportunities, and training sessions related to SEND.
β What Weβre Looking For
πΉ QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
πΉ Experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
πΉ Strong knowledge of EHCPs, differentiation, and inclusive teaching strategies.
πΉ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and external professionals.
πΉ A passion for supporting children with SEND and helping them achieve their potential.
πΉ Commitment to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
