π Your Responsibilities
βοΈ Plan and deliver individualized lessons tailored to the needs of students with SEND in KS1 or KS2.

βοΈ Collaborate with SEND specialists and support staff to ensure effective provision for all students.
βοΈ Monitor and assess students' progress using personalized learning plans and observations.
βοΈ Communicate regularly with parents and guardians, providing updates on their child's development and progress.
βοΈ Participate in school meetings, professional development, and training related to SEND.
β What Weβre Looking For
πΉ QTS (or equivalent) and a relevant degree in Education or SEND.
πΉ Experience working with students with SEND, ideally within a primary school setting.
πΉ Strong understanding of inclusive teaching practices and SEND provisions.
πΉ Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues and families.
