Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 4 students, ensuring they thrive academically and socially.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident to express themselves and explore new ideas.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted feedback and setting clear goals for improvement.
- Foster a growth mindset and a love for learning by implementing innovative and creative teaching strategies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective curriculum delivery and share best practices.
- Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians, keeping them updated on student progress and discussing any concerns.

Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, with a preference for Year 4 experience.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and effective teaching and assessment methods.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A passion for teaching and a commitment to the academic and personal development of every student.
- A creative and flexible approach to teaching, with the ability to inspire students to achieve their best.
