Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Religious Studies across KS3 & KS4, delivering engaging and high-quality lessons.
- Plan and deliver well-structured lessons that inspire, challenge, and support students.
- Use data-driven assessment methods to monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Contribute to the department’s curriculum development and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain high expectations for student behaviour, achievement, and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to support student learning and progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Religious Studies Teacher with the ability to teach at KS3 & KS4.
- Holds a formal teaching qualification with QTS (e.g., PGCE).
- Strong classroom management skills and a passion for teaching Religious Studies.
- Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Open to experienced teachers, ECTs, and overseas-trained teachers with QTS.
