About the position
We are currently looking for an Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Consultant to join our client’s team within the technology consulting department. This role offers the opportunity to work on end-to-end system implementations, leveraging expertise in Enterprise Performance Management.
Key Responsibilities
As an Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance Consultant, you will be responsible for implementation projects, ensuring compliance with standards, supporting a team of developers, and collaborating with stakeholders. A proactive, solution-oriented approach to learning new technologies is essential.
Your tasks will include:
- Gathering and documenting requirements using AIM, OUM, or other methodologies
- Maintaining and enhancing financial modules such as General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Participating in design reviews and project discussions
- Mapping client requirements to Oracle Fusion Finance modules
- Translating functional requirements into technical solutions
- Designing module-specific solutions within the integrated Oracle Fusion environment
- Conducting Solution Design, Fit-Gap Analysis, Training, and Testing sessions
- Assisting business users during CRP, SIT, and UAT phases
- Preparing documentation, test scripts, and test cases
- Delivering training sessions for end-users
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Oracle ERP Fusion Finance
- Participation in at least two full life cycle implementations of Oracle Fusion Finance modules
- Previous experience with EBS Finance (preferred but not required)
- Strong background in client-facing delivery roles
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
Nice to Have:
- German language skills
- MBA, CA, CMA, or CFA qualifications
