About the Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Lead to drive digital strategy and optimize key marketing channels across Performance (iOS/Android/Web), Retention (Push/Email), and Partnership. You will be responsible for end-to-end analytics, market analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure the success of marketing initiatives in the fintech and crypto space.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive Digital Marketing strategy
โ
Manage Performance Marketing, Retention, and Partnership channels
โ
Build end-to-end analytics and data visualization across channels
โ
Conduct market research, test hypotheses, and find new solutions
โ
Collaborate with development teams, writing technical requirements for marketing-related tasks
โ
Prioritize and align marketing efforts with related departments
Requirements:
๐น 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
๐น Proven success in SEO/ASO, content marketing, and social campaigns
๐น Balance of experience between Web and Mobile marketing
๐น Familiarity with niche and local ad platforms (Crypto Ad Networks, Teaser Networks, Baidu Ads, Naver Ads)
๐น Proficiency in Google Analytics (Amplitude is a plus)
๐น Strong instinct for ad copy and visual selection
๐น Expertise in B2B fintech and crypto (mandatory)
๐น Fluent English, any additional languages are a plus
Preferred Qualifications:
โ Personal experience with fintech, crypto, or asset management products
โ Based in Dubai
