As a DevOps Engineer, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability across our production environment. You'll take the lead in deploying new environments, optimizing system performance, and automating workflows to replace manual tasks.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with a team of talented engineers, supporting our current systems while implementing cutting-edge updates from our product roadmap. ✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Deploy, monitor, and manage clusters for various production applications and services. Ensure high availability, performance, and security, while adhering to network standards and compliance regulations;
- Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins and CircleCI for secure and rapid deployment;
- Use Terraform and Ansible to automate the provisioning, scaling, and monitoring of infrastructure components on both AWS and Hetzner environments;
- Collaborate with developers to optimize the system infrastructure that processes high volume transactions, ensuring low-latency and high-availability services;
- Develop and implement monitoring systems for Infrastructure, APIs and Applications, ensuring system health and proactive incident management;
- Collaborate with security teams to ensure the infrastructure adheres to best practices;
- Deploy and manage containerized microservices using AWS ECS, EKS and Self-Managed Kubernetes;
- Continuously improve the performance and scalability of our main API infrastructure, focusing on transaction speed, and resource utilization;
- Work closely with software engineers, and product teams to build and maintain highly resilient systems for seamless API operations;
✔️ What we expect from you

3+ years in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Infrastructure role;
- Experience with setting up/maintaining a CI/CD pipeline using Jenkins, CircleCI or Similar;
- Strong background with Scripting and automation languages such as Ansible, Terraform (IaaC), bash and Python;

Preferred experience in AWS;

Strong experience with Container technology – Docker, AWS ECS, Kubernetes;
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, CloudWatch;
- Knowledge of Tools Desired: Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), GitHub, GitLab;
- Experience with Linux Operating System;
- Proven ability to debug and troubleshoot applications using logging tools;
- Possess strong technical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal and external technical teams;
- Experience with evaluating new technologies and incorporating them into existing and new processes;
- Proven experience interacting with all levels of business and technical project stakeholders;
- Excellent verbal and written English communication;
- Previous experience in iGaming is a plus;
- SQL knowledge and PostgreSQL (AWS RDS) is a plus;
- Experience with other cloud providers is a plus;
- Experience in networking (CIDR ranges calculation, routing, VPN), firewalls, security is a plus.
