As a Casino Coordinator, you will be the main contact for customer-facing teams, handling casino-related queries and troubleshooting technical issues. You'll manage game and provider releases, oversee game positioning, and localize content to maximize player engagement. Your role includes monitoring performance, collaborating with CRM and marketing teams, testing new features, and working with the fraud team to analyze betting behaviours. Additionally, you'll support leadership, conduct QA checks, track competitor strategies, and ensure efficient operations through reporting and training on casino systems.
✍️ Your daily tasks will be
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer-facing departments, assisting with any casino-related queries or issues that may arise;
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and escalate casino technical issues as needed to ensure smooth operations;
- Manage the end-to-end game and provider release process, including requesting and reviewing game assets; configuring, testing, and launching new games live on-site; coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely releases and alignment with B2C brand strategies);
- Oversee the presentation and positioning of games on the website to maximize player engagement, utilizing a data-driven and commercially focused approach;
- Work closely with core market leads to localize the casino portfolio and optimize casino lobbies for different target audiences;
- Monitor the performance of each casino brand daily, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization;
- Learn, utilize, and provide training on Casino Back office systems to enhance operational efficiency;
- Collaborate with the CRM and marketing teams to ensure the right casino content is used effectively for promotional campaigns;
- Test and validate new casino features, ensuring software releases and bonus functionalities are accurate and operational;
- Work alongside the fraud team to validate the legitimacy of big wins and analyze player betting behaviors and patterns;
- Provide operational support to the Casino Operations Team Lead and the Head of Casino Operations by handling queries, monitoring communication channels, and tracking ongoing projects;
- Conduct QA checks on-site content and user flows to ensure an optimal player experience;
- Regularly review and analyze competitor offerings, identifying areas for improvement and innovation;
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, maintaining clear reporting on job assignments and project updates.
✔️ What we expect from you
- At least one year of experience in the iGaming space, ideally in online casinos;
- Good knowledge and interest in live casino and slot games;
- A team player but can also work independently when required;
- An organized character with an attention to detail and ability to multitask;
- Always looking to improve how we do things;
- Excellent level of verbal and written English;
- Availability to travel to other offices and conferences.
