Your missions

As Senior Associate - Investment Funds, you will :


  • Providing comprehensive support to clients in managing their daily legal and regulatory obligations, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Assisting clients with the establishment and licensing process to become authorized management companies, Alternative Investment Fund Managers (AIFMs), or professionals in the financial sector.

  • Advising clients on the implementation of various legal and regulatory requirements, including ESG, DORA, and others, facilitating discussions with regulators, and reviewing contractual agreements.

  • Supporting clients in regulatory investigations and any subsequent sanction procedures initiated by authorities.


    Your ideal profile

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in the funds industry in Luxembourg.
    • Registration with the Luxembourg Bar, ideally "Liste I".
    • Fluency in French and English, with proficiency in German and/or Luxembourgish considered a plus.
    • Knowledgeable, with an impeccable command of relevant regulatory legislation
