What You'll Be Doing (Prepare for a Whirlpool of Opportunities!)

• Be the Main Drain: Become the go-to guru for all things Accounts Payable, providing expert support and guidance to the team.
• Keep the Taps Flowing: Ensure timely and accurate payments to our valued suppliers, keeping those relationships sparkling clean!
• Master the Ledger Labyrinth: Manage the creditors ledger like a pro, including month-end closures, reconciliations, and analysing aged balances.
• Onboard Like a Boss: Streamline the onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
• Audit Ace: Participate in audit reviews, providing crucial documentation and ensuring we're squeaky clean with accounting standards.
• Data Detective: Dive deep into data analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Secure better payment processes and terms, maximising our return on investment (think of it as finding the golden tap of savings!).

• Process Plumbing: Collaborate with the Head of Operational Finance to strengthen internal controls and streamline financial processes.
• Team Tonic: Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Stakeholder Superstar: Build strong relationships across the business, from Purchasing to Customer Services, ensuring everyone's on the same wavelength.

What We're Looking For (Someone Who's Not Afraid to Get Their Hands Wet!)

• Accounts Payable Ace: Extensive experience in a high-achieving Accounts Payable function is a must!
• Leadership Potential: Experience being the main point of contact and support within a team.
• Problem-Solving Power: You can think outside the box and find creative solutions.

• Communication King/Queen: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excel Expert: Advanced MS Excel skills are essential, and familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is a bonus!
