About the position
David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a young financial/FX company led by a management team with over 20 years of experience. Their mission is to simplify trading complexities and deliver excellence to clients across multiple continents and countries. The ideal candidate will be a fluent English, and fluency in Thai or Malay will be a plus.
Position: Senior Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote from South East Asia, preferable from Thailand
Employment type: Service Agreement/Self-employment (no Employment contract option available)
Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage internal projects, including but not limited to website redesigns, marketing campaigns, and content creation.
- Perform in-depth market analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning within specific markets.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, collaborating with relevant teams to ensure consistency and alignment across all channels, while proposing creative solutions for engaging target audiences.
- Develop detailed project proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign reports to guide execution, analyze ROI, and drive continuous improvements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, incorporating their feedback to ensure campaigns and content align with broader business goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
- Fluency in Thai or Malay is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, as well as collaborate effectively in a team.
- Demonstrated experience in marketing within the FX, FinTech, or similar industries, or working with FX clients at a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of financial products, services, and markets, particularly in the FX or FinTech industries.
- Proven ability to plan and execute complex marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Excellent project management skills with a history of delivering results within deadlines and budgets.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- A strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and campaign execution.
