About the position
We're looking for PRN registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses for home health visits in Arlington and the surrounding area. You'll see patients in their homes on a flexible, as-needed schedule: skilled nursing visits, assessments, patient teaching and coordination with the care team. OASIS and Kinnser/WellSky experience is preferred. Pay and schedule are discussed on the first call. Required Active Texas RN or LVN license (or compact) Home health visit experience Preferred OASIS documentation Kinnser / WellSky EMR Case management experience Schedule: PRN · home visits
