French Customer Expert – Customer Care & Sales | Greece About the role Are you fluent in French and comfortable speaking with customers? Cross Border Talents has openings in Greece for French-speaking Customer Experts supporting international service brands. Depending on the project, you may handle technical support questions, payment inquiries or customer requests related to products and renewals. The role includes dedicated customer care training and sales training for relevant teams. Key responsibilities Respond to French-speaking customers by phone and email. Understand customer needs and provide accurate information. Resolve service, order, billing or payment questions depending on the assigned project. Identify suitable sales or renewal opportunities where this is part of the role. Requirements C1 or native-level French. B2 English for training; B1 may be sufficient for selected teams. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfort with computers and digital systems. Relevant customer care, technical support or sales experience is welcome; specific teams may have additional experience requirements. A valid residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Greece are required. Work conditions Work model varies by team: on-site, hybrid and selected remote openings. On-site opportunities are in Athens. Fixed day or rotational shifts; some teams include occasional weekend or night shifts. Initial contract of 8 or 12 months, depending on the project.
