Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Join an international customer service team and support Norwegian-speaking customers by phone, email, and chat. This role is remote within Greece. Candidates based outside Greece must relocate to Greece before their start date. Location: Greece Work model: Remote within Greece Base salary: €1,300–€1,500 gross per month, paid 14 times per year, depending on the assigned project Bonus: Performance bonuses are available on selected projects and depend on meeting performance targets Relocation Package: flight ticket, airport pickup, four weeks of hotel accommodation , and coverage of the real estate agency fee. Work Schedule: Five days per week, eight hours per day, with two rotating days off. Shifts are primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. Your Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries in Norwegian by phone, email, and chat. Help customers with product, account, payment, and technical issues. Assist with deliveries, refunds, repairs, and claims. Manage customer cases, keep accurate records, and escalate complex issues when needed. Follow service procedures and meet quality standards. What You'll Need Norwegian proficiency at C1 level or higher, both written and spoken. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Some projects require C1. Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. Confidence using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools. The legal right to work in Greece.
