Implementation Consultant - ERP & E-invoicing

We are hiring an experienced Implementation Consultant for our client in Dubai to manage customer onboarding, ERP integrations, business process mapping, testing, and successful go-live of E-Invoicing solutions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct customer requirement-gathering workshops and business process mapping. Understand ERP systems, invoicing workflows, and financial processes. Support ERP integration and data mapping requirements. Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation activities. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and customer training. Manage go-live activities and provide post-implementation support. Prepare implementation documentation and process workflows. Key Requirements: 4–8 years of experience in ERP implementation or a similar consulting role. Strong understanding of finance, invoicing, and UAE VAT processes. Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and ERP mapping. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong documentation and business process mapping capabilities. Preferred Knowledge: SAP Business One / SAP S/4HANA Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics UAE VAT & E-Invoicing Regulations Candidates with experience in ERP implementations, financial systems integration, and E-Invoicing solutions are encouraged to apply.
