Property Manager

Position: Property Management Specialist Schedule: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST Work Setup: Remote We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Property Management Specialist to handle daily property management operations, administrative tasks, and financial recordkeeping. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing property-related activities and be proficient in Rent Manager, QuickBooks, and ManageGo. Key Responsibilities Manage daily property management operations and administrative tasks. Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and concerns. Assist with rent collection, payment tracking, and account monitoring. Process and maintain accurate financial records and transactions. Monitor lease agreements, renewals, and tenant records. Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up with contractors or service providers. Track property expenses, invoices, and payments. Maintain updated property records, reports, and documentation. Use property management software to manage units, tenants, payments, and related information. Perform other administrative and bookkeeping tasks as needed. Requirements Proven experience in property management. Proficiency in Rent Manager, QuickBooks, and ManageGo . Knowledge of rent collection, tenant management, lease administration, and property operations. Basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
