Forward-Deployed Engineer

About the Role Join a Series A AI recruiting software company as a technical owner for customer deployments. You will design, build, integrate, and support workflows that help organizations run candidate interviews within their existing recruiting systems. What You'll Do Turn customer hiring processes into working workflows, including triggers, filters, interview guides, and actions in applicant tracking systems. Design, build, test, and roll out customer-specific capabilities when existing configurations do not meet their needs. Build and maintain integrations with applicant tracking systems and related tools, including assessment and identity verification services. Lead technical onboarding, from connections and permissions through job imports, field mapping, test interviews, and launch. Own production deployments, investigate support issues to their root cause, and build monitoring to identify problems early. Share evidence-based customer feedback with product engineering to help guide product improvements. What We're Looking For One to six years of experience in forward-deployed, implementation, solutions, or integrations engineering, with direct ownership of enterprise customer relationships. Experience leading direct, customer-facing technical sessions and working with customers at high-growth B2B startups. Hands-on coding ability, strong algorithmic problem-solving skills, and a STEM undergraduate degree. Experience with startups and customer-facing technical deployments; experience in recruiting technology or applicant tracking system integrations is relevant. Familiarity with Python, React, third-party APIs, ATS integrations, or observability tools is useful. Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $120,000 to $200,000 annually.
