About the position
We're looking for PRN registered nurses and licensed vocational nurses for home health visits in Fort Worth and across Tarrant County. You'll see patients in their homes on a flexible, as-needed schedule: skilled nursing visits, assessments, patient teaching and coordination with the care team. OASIS and Kinnser/WellSky experience is preferred. Pay and schedule are discussed on the first call. Required Active Texas RN or LVN license (or compact) Home health visit experience Preferred OASIS documentation Kinnser / WellSky EMR Case management experience Schedule: PRN · home visits
