Join a Global Social Media Project! We are looking for motivated English-Speaking Customer Support Specialists to join Teleperformance Portugal , supporting a leading global social media platform. Your Role Assist subscribers with account management, subscriptions, billing, and technical inquiries. Provide support across socail media platforms Help customers explore platform features and improve their overall experience. Make occasional outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries efficiently. Location & Working Conditions Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site) Schedule: Rotating day or night shifts, depending on your preference and availability. Working Hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day + 1-hour lunch break) Salary: Competitive salary package Requirements Strong English communication skills (written and spoken). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Customer-oriented mindset and interest in social media and technology. Availability to work full-time on-site in Lisbon, including rotating weekend shifts.
