The ideal candidate is an attentive listener, communicates confidently, and enjoys helping people find solutions. Previous call center experience is an advantage but not required. Training and ongoing guidance will be provided. Responsibilities Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls. Respond to inquiries about products, services, and available promotions. Provide accurate information and appropriate recommendations. Identify customer needs and assist with resolving concerns. Maintain a friendly and professional phone manner. Document customer interactions accurately. Follow established call procedures and service guidelines. Work toward individual and team performance objectives.
