Note Candidates must be admitted to the New York State Bar in good standing and have 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. We're looking for someone comfortable independently managing cases, handling depositions, discovery, motions, and court appearances. About Us Confidential Employer. Job Description Independently manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from initial evaluation through settlement or trial. Develop litigation strategies that maximize outcomes for injured clients. Conduct and defend depositions, manage discovery, and draft persuasive motions. Represent clients in court hearings, conferences, mediations, and settlement negotiations. Analyze medical records, liability issues, damages, and expert reports. Collaborate with experienced attorneys and legal support staff on complex cases. Build strong client relationships while providing exceptional legal representation. Participate in trial preparation and help drive successful case resolutions. Qualifications Active New York State Bar admission in good standing. 3+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience. Experience independently managing litigation matters and deadlines. Hands-on experience with depositions, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances. Strong communication, negotiation, and legal writing skills. Trial experience and familiarity with legal case management software are a plus.
