Solution Consultant

Location: San Francisco Bay Area, USA Work arrangement: On-site, five days per week. Employment type: Full-time Compensation: US$200,000–250,000 in annual on-target earnings (OTE), including base and variable compensation. About the Opportunity RecruiterGrounds is supporting the search for a Solution Consultant for a growing AI and data infrastructure company. In this senior technical pre-sales role, you'll help enterprise buyers evaluate solutions through technical discovery, tailored demonstrations, and proofs of concept. Work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to connect technical capabilities with business value. What You'll Do Lead technical discovery to understand customer goals, requirements, and architecture. Present tailored solutions, product demonstrations, technical workshops, and proofs of concept. Design API integrations and data workflows that address customer needs. Support complex enterprise sales cycles in partnership with Sales, Product, and Engineering. What We're Looking For 4+ years in customer-facing pre-sales, solution consulting, or sales engineering for technical SaaS products. Hands-on Python skills , including the ability to read, modify, and run scripts. Strong knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, integrations, rate limits, and error handling; familiarity with databases, data warehouses, and BI tools. Experience supporting enterprise sales from discovery through solution design, demonstrations, and proofs of concept. Experience in a startup or smaller, high-growth SaaS company. Currently based in or near the San Francisco Bay Area and available to work on-site five days per week. Experience with AI/ML, data and analytics platforms, developer tools, APIs, or cloud infrastructure would be an advantage. Interested? Apply through this job posting with your updated résumé.
