Italian & English-speaking Customer Service Representative

About the Role: We are looking for a customer-oriented professional fluent in both Italian and English to join a dynamic customer support team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in Italian and English in a timely and professional manner. Provide clear, effective solutions and guide customers through products/services. Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and quality service. Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively. Requirements: Languages: Native or fluent in Italian , with strong proficiency in English (B2 or higher) . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. Ability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
