Chief Technology Officer

Responsibilities: Develop and execute the overall technology strategy, roadmap, operating model and investment priorities aligned with business objectives. Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology modernization. Lead the architecture, selection, integration and implementation of e-wallet and digital payment platforms. Oversee Wage Protection System (WPS) and payroll solutions, including onboarding, payment processing, payroll disbursement, reconciliation and exception management. Oversee application support, IT operations and service delivery. Ensure system availability, incident resolution and continuous improvement. Requirements: Minimum 10 years of progressive technology experience, with substantial experience in banking technology and digital transformation. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline. Relevant master's degree is an advantage. Mandatory banking sector experience, including senior technology leadership experience within a bank. Strong experience in banking technology, digital banking, payment platforms and core financial systems integration. Strong knowledge of software engineering, enterprise architecture, cloud platforms and API-driven integration. Experience delivering technology solutions for a new digital bank or regulated financial platform.
