Spanish Customer Support Role in Lisbon - €1,000 Welcome Bonus

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (On-site / Brick & Mortar) Start Date: ASAP Language Required: Spanish (C1 minimum) & English (B2) About the Role We are looking for dedicated, empathetic Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Lisbon. In this role, you will handle a high volume of customer interactions over the phone, providing professional assistance and resolving complex or sensitive inquiries. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound phone calls in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrate strong decision-making abilities and sound judgment when addressing customer needs. De-escalate sensitive customer situations with empathy, patience, and resilience. Requirements Languages: Fluent Spanish (minimum C1 level) and Upper-Intermediate English (B2 level), both spoken and written. Experience: Mandatory prior customer service experience, ideally in high-volume phone support roles. Skills: Strong communication skills, active listening, empathy, and sound problem-solving abilities. Resilience: Ability to maintain professionalism and composure in challenging situations. Compensation & Perks Welcome Bonus: €1,000 paid out in 12 equal monthly installments (€83.33/month) during your first year of employment. Performance Bonus: Up to €120 per month based on performance metrics. Total Bonus Package: Up to ~€203.33 extra per month on top of your base salary.
