French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist – Digital Banking

You will serve as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with their daily online banking activities in a purely supportive capacity— no sales targets involved . Key Responsibilities Customer Support: Provide professional, clear, and empathetic assistance to French-speaking customers via phone and email. Digital Guidance: Help customers navigate online banking tools, digital services, and platform features. Account Management: Assist with everyday banking transactions, payment methods, account inquiries, and general procedures. Quality Assurance: Address inquiries calmly and professionally while maintaining strict confidentiality and data protection standards. Requirements Language Skills: Native or fluent French (C1/C2 level) in both spoken and written communication. Technical Aptitude: Comfortable navigating digital platforms, banking apps, and general IT tools. Customer-Centric: Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and high attention to detail. Flexibility: Ability to work 40 hours per week on a rotating shift schedule: Shifts: Monday – Friday (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) and Saturday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM). Rest Days: 2 days off per week (Sundays always off, plus one additional rotating weekday). What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Base gross salary between €953 and €1,120 per month (commensurate with background and experience). Performance & Attendance Bonuses: Monthly performance bonus up to €125, plus attendance rewards. Daily Meal Allowance: ~€6 net per working day (~€126/month). Relocation Package: No relocation support provided. Paid Training: 3 weeks of comprehensive initial training and ongoing personal coaching from day one.
