English-Speaking Customer Service Specialist – Advertising Platform | Lisbon About the role A customer support team in Lisbon is looking for fluent English speakers to assist customers using online advertising services. The role includes answering questions about accounts, payments, advertising tools and platform features. You will communicate with customers from English-speaking markets and help them find practical solutions in a fast-paced support environment. Key responsibilities Support customers with account-related questions and technical issues. Assist with payment inquiries and platform functionality. Guide users through advertising tools and available services. Provide customer support through the designated channels and maintain accurate records. Requirements Fluent English, ideally C1 or higher. Strong written and verbal communication. Good customer care and problem-solving skills. Comfort using digital platforms and computer systems. Previous advertising or customer support experience is useful but not always essential, depending on the team. A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required. Work conditions Location: Lisbon, Portugal. On-site role.
