Content Moderator (Polish)

Position: Content Moderator Location: Lisbon, Portugal Work model: On-site Employment type: Full-time (6-month contract) DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Review online content in line with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks Ensure uploaded content complies with platform policies, legal standards and safety guidelines Maintain strong knowledge of leading e-commerce products, services and industry standards Adapt to policy updates and schedule changes, following standard operating procedures consistently Identify and escalate issues through the proper internal channels REQUIREMENTS: Native/fluent Polish, both verbal and written Fluent English (minimum B2 level) Content moderation experience or demonstrated moderation ability, with sound judgement and local market insight Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and online content High attention to detail and accuracy Able to manage high workloads, including peak promotional periods Available for rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, 24/7 BENEFITS: Monthly complexity bonus Daily meal allowance Health insurance Modern office in the city centre, easy to reach by public transport Comprehensive initial training and coaching Relocation support for candidates moving from abroad: room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months And many more!
