Associate – Tax Advisory

Deliver tax advisory and compliance services to a portfolio of corporate clients across multiple sectors, covering corporate tax, VAT, and international tax structuring. Key responsibilities Prepare and review corporate tax returns, tax computations, and VAT returns Advise clients on Maltese corporate tax, VAT, and international tax matters Assist with tax due diligence on M&A transactions and corporate restructurings Research complex tax issues and prepare technical memoranda and client advice letters Liaise with the Maltese tax authorities on client compliance matters Requirements Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, or equivalent) or qualified lawyer with 2+ years of tax experience Strong knowledge of Maltese corporate tax and VAT Experience in a tax advisory or compliance role within a professional services firm or in-house Excellent analytical and drafting skills Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Salary: €37,000 – €46,000 Full posting: https://www.flash-talent.com/professional/jobs/p5
