Job title: French-Speaking Outbound Sales Expert (m/f/x) Location: Lisbon, Portugal Contract: Full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, moving to a permanent contract after 2 years Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break) About the Role Join the sales team of a fast-growing French tech company that helps small and medium businesses manage their finances. You will be responsible for opening business accounts for French-speaking clients by phone and email. You'll work with warm leads, so most of your calls are with people who already know the brand. Responsibilities Make warm outbound calls to existing French-speaking clients Qualify leads and understand each client's needs Present products and book appointments for account activation Close sales when applicable Keep the CRM accurate and up to date Requirements Native-level French, spoken and written Previous experience in outbound sales or sales prospecting is preferred Strong communication and persuasion skills A goal-oriented mindset Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred Right to live and work in Portugal What We Offer Paid training of 7 working days (8 hours per day) Health insurance from the first day of the contract Meal allowance on a prepaid debit card Christmas and holiday allowances Paid vacation: up to 20 days in the first year, then 22 days per year Company accommodation option available.
