German-speaking Player Support Spec/Sofia

About the Role: We are seeking German-speaking Player Support Specialists to join a premier gaming support team in Sofia, Bulgaria (on-site). In this role, you will deliver high-quality, email-based support for iconic global gaming titles ( League of Legends & Valorant ), helping players resolve account, technical, and gameplay inquiries. Core Responsibilities: Handle inbound player support tickets via email, ensuring quick, accurate, and empathetic resolutions. Assist players with account access, billing, in-game content, and technical troubleshooting. Document case details accurately in ticketing platforms and follow escalation pathways for complex bugs or issues. Maintain high standards of player satisfaction and quality service. Requirements & Qualifications: Work Authorization: Must hold valid EU/EEA citizenship or active work authorization for Bulgaria. Languages: Native or C1 proficiency in German ; B2/C1 proficiency in English (for training, tools, and documentation). Skills & Interests: Passion for gaming (specifically LoL and Valorant is a major plus), good written communication, and strong computer literacy.
