Data Integration Analyst (Data Mapping & Modelling), Czech based

We are looking for an experienced Data Integration Analyst to join an international project focused on data import interfaces, data integration, and data modelling. The role involves analyzing source systems, defining data integration requirements, preparing source-to-target mappings, and ensuring data consistency and quality across integrated systems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in data analysis, integration requirements, and logical data modelling, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and international delivery teams. Details: Location: Prague (Remote, onsite approximately 1× per month) Cooperation: B2B Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until 18 December 2026, with planned extension into 2027 Workload: Full-time (100%) Language: English (German is an advantage) Key Responsibilities Analyze and document requirements for data import interfaces and system integrations. Identify and specify required source data, structures, attributes, and dependencies. Define functional requirements for data import and integration interfaces. Analyze source system structures, data formats, and interface specifications. Develop source-to-target data mappings and define data transformation requirements. Specify data validation rules, business rules, and data quality requirements. Design and maintain logical data models, including entities, attributes, relationships, keys, and dependencies. Define requirements for error handling, data reconciliation, and exception management. Identify integration gaps, dependencies, risks, and open points, and coordinate their resolution. Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and technical teams to ensure alignment on integration requirements. Cooperate with international and offshore delivery teams. Support implementation, testing, data validation, and issue resolution. Utilize AI-powered tools to improve data analysis, mapping, documentation, and quality assurance processes. Requirements Proven experience as a Data Integration Analyst, Data Analyst, or Technical Business Analyst specializing in data integration. Strong experience with data mapping, including source-to-target mapping and transformation specifications. Solid understanding of data integration concepts, data import interfaces, and system integration requirements. Hands-on experience with logical data modelling, including entities, relationships, attributes, and dependencies. Experience analyzing source system data structures and defining interface specifications. Good understanding of data validation, data quality, reconciliation, and error-handling requirements. Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Experience collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders in international environments. Good communication skills and ability to work independently. Nice to Have Knowledge of Data Vault modelling methodology. German language skills. Experience working with distributed or offshore delivery teams. Experience using AI tools for data analysis, mapping, and documentation. Experience supporting complex enterprise data integration or data migration projects.
