Record case details and follow quality procedures. Requirements Strong French and English communication skills. At least one year of BPO or technical support experience. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities. Customer-oriented communication and attention to detail. A valid Portuguese residence permit and legal authorisation to work in Portugal are required. Work conditions Location: Portugal; the specific office location is confirmed during recruitment.
