Sales Executive (RM2,800 - RM3,600 Base Salary)

Key Responsibilities: Provide an outstanding customer experience, creating an exceptional shopping experience. Develop and maintain deep product knowledge, encompassing craftsmanship,design intent, styling possibilities, and the brand stories behind each piece, todeliver confident and engaging customer advice. Achieve individual and store sales targets through active customer engagement andtailored product recommendations. Manage inventory level through conducting inventory counts and maintaining clearinventory records. Ensure the store is impeccably maintained, with visual displays that reflect thebrand's image and current promotions. Coordinate and fulfil customer orders, including in-store collection and deliveryarrangements Support the execution of in-store campaigns, promotions, and events. Able to commit to retail hours. Qualifications: SPM Level and above. Sales experience preferably in the jewelry industry / luxury brands. Demonstrated ability to deliver strong customer service with a proven sales trackrecord. Well-groomed, personable, and confident, with strong interpersonal andcommunication skills. Team-oriented with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced retail environment. Multilingual to cater to different groups of clienteles.
