Location: Amersham, Buckinghamshire Job Title: Behaviour and Inclusion Coordinator Start Date: ASAP Salary: Dependent on experience Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent About the School A supportive school in Amersham is seeking a confident and caring Behaviour and Inclusion Coordinator to help promote positive behaviour, pupil engagement and inclusion. About the Role You will work alongside pastoral staff and senior leaders to support pupils who may be experiencing barriers to learning. Responsibilities will include: Supporting pupils with behavioural and emotional needs. Monitoring behaviour incidents and maintaining accurate records. Coordinating behaviour interventions and support plans. Liaising with parents, carers and relevant school staff. Supporting reintegration following exclusions or suspensions. Identifying concerns and escalating safeguarding issues appropriately. The Ideal Candidate Previous pastoral, behaviour or inclusion support experience. Experience working with children or young people. Understanding of safeguarding and behaviour policies. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Calm, resilient and able to manage challenging situations. An enhanced DBS check will be required in line with the role.
