Manager - HR | Ayuthaya, Thailand Location: Ayuthaya, Thailand (Onsite - Fulltime) Industry: Manufacturing About the Opportunity: We are hiring an HR Manager for a leading manufacturing setup based in Ayuthaya, Thailand. The company is a global leader in its domain with state-of-the-art production facilities and international quality standards (IATF, ISO, WHO GMP compliant). This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned HR Generalist with strong manufacturing exposure to lead HR for both blue-collar/shift workforce and corporate employees. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end HR operations for blue-collar, shift workforce and corporate employees Manage attendance system - leave, overtime, late coming and shift records Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including deductions and reimbursements Handle end-to-end recruitment - manpower planning, sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding Ensure statutory compliance - Social Security Fund, withholding tax on salary, Labour Protection Act and work permits for foreign staff Maintain employee records, contracts, HR policies; handle employee relations and disciplinary matters Coordinate with labour authorities and the Social Security Office Drive training, performance management and HR administration initiatives Reporting to Managing Director / Director / Group HR Leader Required Qualifications: Thai national who can speak English fluently - Mandatory MBA / M.A. in HRD or HRM or Labour Law - Mandatory 10-15 years of overall experience in HR Minimum 3 years as HR Manager in a manufacturing company is MANDATORY Proven experience managing blue-collar and shift workforce along with corporate employees Extensive hands-on experience handling statutory compliance Generalist breadth: Recruitment, Payroll and Benefits, ER/IR, Training, Performance Management, HR Administration Stable career track - Minimum 2 years in an organisation Willing to work onsite fulltime in Ayuthaya Preferred Profile: Age 35-40 years preferred.
