Team Member – Event Photographer & Sales (El Paso Weekend Role)

Glossy Finish is hiring Team Members to work outdoor youth sports tournaments. This is a fast-paced, weekend role focused on customer interaction, event photography, and on-site sales as a team. No photography experience required. We provide all equipment and training! Location: El Paso, TX (local, no travel required) This is an independent contractor (1099) position. Required availability: This is for our El Paso event on Sat–Sun, Dec 12–13. You must be available to work in El Paso both days. What You’ll Be Doing Work outdoors at sports complexes and athletic fields Assist with team and individual photos before games Capture sample photos to generate interest and drive sales Engage parents and athletes in a friendly, high-energy way Explain photo packages and help families find the right option Upsell promotions and create great customer experiences Help with event setup, breakdown, and equipment What We’re Looking For Outgoing and comfortable talking to customers Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Goal-driven and motivated by team wins Reliable, energetic, and team-oriented Comfortable standing and walking all day (up to 10 miles) Able to work outdoors in heat, sun, and varying weather Available to work both days, Sat–Sun, Dec 12–13 Based in or near El Paso with reliable transportation to the event Why Glossy Finish? $22–$26/hr base pay + team bonuses that add 10–20% to your hourly rate when the crew hits event goals Training provided (sales + photography) Active, outdoor work (no desk jobs here!)
