Job Description: Lead and develop the Engineering team, set departmental KPIs, allocate resources, and monitor performance to achieve operational targets. Oversee manufacturing equipment, engineering systems, utilities, and facilities to ensure reliability, minimize downtime, and improve operational efficiency. Plan and manage engineering projects, including feasibility studies, equipment installation, commissioning, upgrading, and handover within budget and timelines. Drive process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, equipment efficiency, and cost savings. Coordinate equipment qualification, testing, and engineering support for new product introduction, process changes, and manufacturing improvements. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP, ISO standards, engineering procedures, and documentation requirements. Manage engineering budgets, CAPEX, OPEX, and cost-control initiatives to optimize resource utilization and operational expenditure. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Minimum 5–7 years of engineering experience, including 2–3 years in a leadership role. Manufacturing experience, preferably in regulated industries. Strong knowledge of equipment reliability, maintenance, project management, and process improvement. Good leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of GMP, ISO, ERP/CMMS, and engineering software is an advantage.
